This is over 18days I have not received my 4974.9976 PMUSD from Atchange.net and no refund of my BTC sent to them. Atchange has not replied any of my emails and will not respond to my chats. It seems that I have been scammed, because I do not understand why my order was removed from their website and no Atchange personnel has spoken to me.

I made two orders (ID 22080 and ID 22081) and sent bitcoin for both orders. ID 22081 was completed almost immediately but ID 22080 has not been completed since 24th of September 2019, instead I see “Order does not exist” and no response to all emails sent to support.
