  I used them for exchange PM > BTc-e, it was automatic exchange, codes received, so I do not think they are scam, it looks they are reliable guys!

  I used BelkaPay to change a small amount of VISA to BTC , and it works fast and automatically.

  BelkaPay SCAM

  On 3rd of July (today is 20th of July), 17 days ago, I made a Payeer to BTC-e exchange: #90448.
  
  The order was supposed to be automatic and instant. It wasn't.
  
  I then got on the Live Chat and asked the operator when it will be processed and was told in just a few hours when the admin will come online.
  
  I waited those few hours and nothing happened. This was Friday night and so, I thought, people are busy, I'll check again in the morning.
  
  I checked again on the Saturday morning, and the order was still not processed. I then had to leave home for about 12 hours.
  
  When I got back, I saw an email from BelkaPay, that was sent 8 hours before I arrived home, so, about 4 hours after I left on the Saturday morning.
  
  I tried to redeem the BTC-e code in the email, but I couldn't and received this error message: "BTC-E Code redeemed before"
  
  I contacted BTC-e with the code I received from BelkaPay and asked them to track the code and tell me who redeemed it.
  
  BTC-e confirmed that the code was redeemed by BTC-e account of vibori2008@ukr.net / Ivan Miroshnichenko.
  
  Who is Ivan Miroshnichenko ? Admin of BelkaPay.

  Admin of BelkaPay is stealing money from customers.
  
  At first, they said I redeemed the code and that only I have access to the code.
  
  Then, I proved to them that they lie and provided proofs from BTC-e that Admin of BelkaPay has redeemed the code and not me.
  
  They are used to lying. They have lied to me every day for the last 17 days.
  
  At this point, since they don't want to refund my money, I can say that BelkaPay is a SCAM. BelkaPay are SCAMMERS.
